Meet Julie

Welcome! I’m Julie, and I’m so glad you’re here.

I am an Ayurvedic Health Counselor, yoga teacher, holistic coach, and MotherCircle facilitator.

Most importantly, I’m a mom of two awesome kiddos.

I’m also a forever student of life and yoga, and I come to these practices and teachings with humility, awe, and discernment.

I’ve lived in Chicago, Hawaii, and Taiwan. I’ve traveled far, searching for something that exists within.

I got sober in 2021. It changed the trajectory of my life and has taught me the true depth of resilience and self compassion.

After my first baby, I struggled with postpartum anxiety and it cracked me open. I couldn’t hide from myself anymore. And I really started paying attention. To my breath. To what matters.

I believe in living an examined life. In getting quiet to hear. In changing our minds. And that many things can be true at once.

And in showing up—messy, unsure, human—and doing the work anyway. I help women do the same. Find their ground. Feel better in their bodies. Live like they mean it.

I collect books. I correct grammar. I love to dance. I obsess over lyrics and playlists. I read to remember I’m not alone.

This work is personal.

And it’s sacred.
