    Ayurvedic Consultation Session

    The intake session is 90 minutes and you will receive an intake form prior to the session. During your consultation, you will gain a deeper understanding of your constitution (Prakruti) , identify your imbalances (Vikruti) and be given an overall health and lifestyle assessment with support/ treatment recommendations. You will leave with practices that you can immediately begin to use to support your overall health and well being. This is a collaborative effort so you will be an active participant in choosing what is best for you and your lifestyle.
